Vertex quality control lab is responsible for all quality control processes. We follow the international quality management system, checking the appearance, size, function and packaging of our fixtures, and each fixture must pass a complete test before being shipped.
Incoming Quality Control
Vertex attaches particular importance to the quality management of raw materials, for all incoming materials must undergo strict quality testing to ensure smooth production and processing at a later stage.
Input Process Quality Control
During the production process, we conduct no less than three-stage inspections, namely the inspection of the manufacturing process, the inspection of the first finished product, and the random inspection of the product.
Outgoing Quality Control
The final full inspection of the product is crucial, and we insist on achieving a 100% passing rate of the inspection before shipping.
Our inspection department employs an integrating sphere photoelectric parameter tester to check the luminous flux, color temperature, and luminous efficiency of the light source, and then verifies the luminous brightness and angle with a light distribution curve tester.
